At abcsarahshop, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping. We offer Next Day Delivery through DPD Local for all eligible orders, ensuring that your purchase reaches you as quickly as possible.

Here’s how our shipping works:

  • Order by 3:00 PM for Next Day Delivery: To ensure your order arrives the next business day, please place your order by 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before this time will be processed and dispatched the same day, and you will receive your delivery the following business day.
  • Orders after 3:00 PM: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on any business day will be processed the next business day, and your delivery will be scheduled for the following day.
  • Weekend Orders: We do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM or during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on Monday and delivered to you on Tuesday.

Important Notes:

  • DPD Delivery Attempts: If you are not home when DPD attempts to deliver your package, they will make two delivery attempts. After the second attempt, if the package is still undelivered, it will be returned to us.
  • Changing the Delivery Date: Customers can easily change the delivery date for their order directly on the DPD website. This allows you to select a convenient day for delivery if the initial time doesn’t work for you.
  • Signature Required: DPD does not leave packages without a signature or a photo confirmation of delivery. This ensures that your package is safely handed over to you and that no items are left in unsecured locations.
  • No Leaving Packages in Unsecured Locations: DPD will not leave packages in unsafe places (such as outside the door or in a mailbox). This is to avoid any potential issues or loss of items. The package will only be left in a secure location if confirmed and authorized by you via the DPD website.

  • Delivery times are provided by DPD Local, and we aim to meet these schedules, though please keep in mind that factors like weather or high demand periods may occasionally affect the exact timing of your delivery.
